Justin Ward
Justin Ward is the Head of Policy & Technical Practice at CIHT. CIHT is a charity, learned society and membership body with members who are mainly engineers and transport planners operating in the UK and internationally. CIHT is keen on leading the sector to improve the way transport infrastructure - including roads - is planned, funded, designed, built, managed and operated to meet societal needs and environmental imperatives and support a strong economy.
Justin, in addition to developing CIHT’s policy and technical work, also works with PIARC internationally on the exchange of knowledge on roads and road transport policy and practices within an integrated sustainable transport context.
