Ashik Mohammed Nazar
Ashik is an industry specialist and senior Engineer with over eight years’ experience working as a consultant, design manager and commercial manager supporting the management and delivery of projects and programmes for advisory projects and innovative infrastructure design schemes backed by domain knowledge in intelligent transport systems (ITS) and intelligent mobility.
Ashik also takes a leading role within the industry, in elected previously as Vice Chair for 2 years and now serving as the National Chair of the ITS UK Early Careers Forum engaging with early careers professionals, apprentices and universities.
Ashik has also been serving as an Executive Committee of the ARTS (Automotive and Road Transport Systems) Network within the Institution for Engineering and Technology.
Ashik had also won the Future Face of Industry and Engineering in the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards in 2022.

- Emerging young professionals in the early stages of their careers will also be involved to discuss their recent experiences and how things might be improved for the next generation of recruits.
