Mike Guerin

Mike is the Head of Business Development for SWARCO UK&I. In his role, Mike leads the Sales, Marketing & Bid functions for SWARCO’s Traffic products. These include Urban Signs (VMS, VAS), Inter Urban Infrastructure (Signs & Signals) and software solutions (MyCity, UTMC, UTC). Mike is a passionate advocate for using software as an enabler to deliver better outcomes for customers and technology users.

He has 5 years’ experience in the ITS sector, including 3 years at TRL Software, leading the Sales & Marketing function. Mike has extensive experience leading Sales & Marketing teams in the software industry, having worked for FTSE100, S&P500, SME’s and Scale Up companies. Mike has a degree & Masters from Lancaster University Management School and is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Sales. He lives in Ascot with his wife and 2 children.
